REGISTRATIONS FOR THE SEMESTER STARTING IN NOVEMBRE OPEN ON OCTOBRE 06, 2025. (End OCTOBRE 25th)

Details for the 2025 program

Course Duration & Pricing :

• Ages 5–7 (1-hour class): $135

• Ages 8–10 & 11–13 – Levels 1 & 2 (1.5-hour class): $173

• Ages 14–17 – Levels 1 & 2 & Adults – Progression (2-hour class): $199

Start of session: Week of September 6th

• The course fee includes harness rental but climbing shoe rental are extra.

• Climbing shoes can be rented for the entire semester for $34.95.

Instructor-to-Participant Ratio:

• Ages 5–7: 1 instructor per 8 participants

• All other age groups: 1 instructor per 9 participants

• Minimum number of participants per class: 6

Cancellation policy:

• A full refund may be given for cancellations made at least five (5) business days prior to the start of the first (1st) class of the recreational program for which the participant is registered and/or for a program that has already started, except for reasonable reasons: death in the family or hospitalization (proof required).
• 80% of the registration fee can be refunded for all cancellation requests made within five (5) business days before the course start date.
• 60% of the registration fee can be refunded for all cancellation requests made after one (1) week of course participation.
• 40% of the registration fee can be refunded for all cancellation requests made after two (2) weeks of course participation.
• No refunds will be given for cancellations after the third (3rd) week.
